Wednesday, August 26th Workout

Today I finally did 1 hour on the treadmill again.

I had to go slower than normal because my knee decided to act up. Tomorrow I'm shooting for push & leg day and treadmill!

Treadmill:
65 minutes, distance: 2.66 miles, steps: 6,472,  speed between 2.0 - 2.8 mph, incline 0.
