Thursday, April 26th Workout - Gym Abs Day B - Upper, Lower & Obliques Plus Cardio & Yoga Stretch

Ahhhh... another great day at the gym (despite how dead my legs are lol). I did the treadmill today because the Arc Trainers were taken but it went really well and my back held up great so it looks like I'll be able to mix up my cardio over time!

Tomorrow I'm doing a "Vino and Vinyasa" yoga class at my trainers' studio in the evening so I won't be doing my regular workout and I'll pick up with Gym Push Day C on Saturday (if all plans remain as they are now).

Gym Abs Day B - Upper, Lower & Obliques Plus Cardio & Yoga Stretch: 1 Hour, 55 Minutes Total Time

Upper, Lower & Obliques: 50 Minutes

Basic Warm up (including heavy ropes)

Forearm  Plank with Leg Lift - 4 sets x Failure: 1 x 60 sec (15 leg lifts), 1 x 40 sec (12 leg lifts), 2 x 35 sec (10 leg lifts)

Flutter Kicks - 4 sets x 20 kicks

Stability Ball Crunch - 4 sets x 10 reps

Wall Toe Reaches - 4 sets x 10 reps

Lever Crunch - 4 sets x 10 reps

Standing Cross-Body Crunch - 4 sets x 10 reps

Standing Weighted Side Bend - 4 sets x 10 reps: 4 x 10 lb kettlebell

Standing Weighted Core Stabilization - 4 sets x 10 reps: 1 x 10 lb dumbbell, 3 x 8 lb dumbbell

Cardio - 35 Minutes:
