Homemade August 31-Day Yoga Challenge

Like I've mentioned before, my friend Dawn and I created this yoga challenge. After several months of various yoga challenges I decided I wanted to try a lot of new poses (and a few I've done once or twice) so I went through and found all the poses that looked like they would be doable to me and that would challenge me. Dawn added a few that I missed and organized the order of the challenge.

We start tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to trying it out!
