100 Days of Keto Challenge - Day Ten - Weigh-In One!


Yes!! I'm slightly shocked at how much weight and how many inches came off in the first ten days of the 100-Day Keto challenge but considering a chunk of that is water weight I'm not worried about and I'm definitely not having a problem with it!

I worked really, really hard on staying on track in the last ten days and it's definitely paying off plus it gets easier to stay on track as I get more days under my belt.

My plan for the next ten days is to stay on track with food and to add exercise back in as long as my back can handle it. I miss working out and I miss having decent muscles!

I should be back in the 180's at my next weigh-in and I'm officially down 40 lbs again but I still have 32.6 lbs to go until I get my lowest weight so far.
